As the People Operations Associate, you will provide vital support for the human resources function. You will become quickly immersed into the company culture, understanding our opportunities for development and areas of impact and be empowered to share ideas and take action immediately.  

In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager, Total Rewards and be part of a fast-paced, dynamic People team that is enthusiastic and business driven.

You will:

  • Administers employee benefits, retirement and insurance programs, including b 401(K), medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability and worker’s compensation.
  • Acts as an employee resource for all employee questions related to our benefits by answering questions and solving problems quickly
  • Manages HR administrative functions and develops HR processes and procedures for maintaining employees personnel files
  • Contributes to the maintenance of our HR systems and ensures information is maintained with a 100% accuracy and confidentiality
  • Manages end-to-end processes: visas and immigration (working with outside counsel); employment law compliance; onboarding and offboarding processes; leaves and disability
  • Participates in People related projects throughout the year, including annual benefit open enrollment,, new employee orientation, etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in quantitative field, plus 3 years of HR experience
  • Self-starter, doer personality who will take initiative from day one
  • Team player who is willing to go above and beyond to support the team and business
  • Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
