Q is looking for an experienced recruiter and people strategist to help us bring in and develop talent for our San Francisco office team as well as for our clients. You will be be owning roles full-cycle - working with hiring managers to post and finding prospective candidates to fill them. You will also be responsible for owning the recruitment strategy for our all Operators while optimizing our infrastructure to better manage our high volume of candidates.

You will be a critical driver to our continued growth and success in San Francisco. You will take our recruitment team to new heights in operational excellence. And you’ll help to clean a few offices here and there along the way - because that is just how we roll.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute on strategy for SF recruitment to ensure maximum efficiency and candidate satisfaction
  • Attend networking events around San Francisco metro area to help build our talent pipeline
  • Plan and facilitate recruitment and onboarding events at the Q office
  • Assist with recruitment process for Office Operators including sourcing and scheduling.
  • Oversee onboarding & training of new Field Operators in coordination with the Cleaning and Maintenance Operations team.
  • Develop and implement field Operator engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ work experience and a proven track record in managing high-volume, full-cycle recruitment
  • Incredibly strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Lover of data - you look to quantitative results and KPIs to measure and manage your own (and your team’s) performance
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, with an incredible drive to improve the status quo and just get things done
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping any balls along the way
  • Interest in leading others and building a successful team
