About the role

The People Operations Generalist, reporting to the Head of People Operations, will be responsible for improving and maintaining People Operations’ systems and process.

You will

  • Implement and maintain HR information management systems and online employee resources
  • Create, maintain and continually enhance new employee onboarding program
  • Manage all employee records and documentation and assist with tracking of employee data
  • Execute annual employee benefit open enrollment
  • Partner with BPs to execute People Ops programs including performance reviews, training initiatives, benefit open enrollment, etc.
  • Conduct employee reporting and analysis on a regular and ad hoc basis
  • Launch employee surveys, analyze results and make recommendations
  • Provide support with activities that drive employee learning and development
  • Own administrative aspects of onboarding and offboarding employees including benefit administration
  • Respond to requests for employment verifications
  • Manage employee leaves of absence administration
  • Assist with employee compensation benchmarking and program execution

About you

  • 2- 5 years relevant experience in a Human Resources role
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to present data to others in a compelling way
  • Proficient with MS Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.)
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding organization and prioritization skills
  • Proactive individual able to operate efficiently in a fast paced environment, previous startup experience preferred
  • Ability to professionally, tactfully, confidentially, handle sensitive data
  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of staff/management
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline preferred
