Picture a Tuesday morning at your current job. You use your judgement effectively to spot a solution for an apparent issue. A Glimpse into Your Future at WOO

What will you be working on?

  • Work alongside the Operations team, you will accomplish day-to-day and big picture goals with an aim to create the best employee experience whilst balancing business goals.
  • Develop fit-for-purpose employee handbook that sets expectations for our employees and enforces of our company’s policies.
  • Design and execute on high priority programs including performance reviews, employee/management training and on and off boarding.
  • Collect and analyze employee feedback data to continuously explore and execute opportunities that improve the overall employee experience in an impactful way.
  • Take ownership of Taiwan payroll calculation and manage global payroll vendors.
  • Effectively use existing and implement new tools to enhance employee productivity.
  • Proactively collaborate with overseas’ counterparts to ensure a coherent adoption of processes and policies across regions.

  • COO, Operations, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Department Heads.

What challenges will you face?

  • Fast-paced working environment. You will be dealing with projects and tasks due yesterday. Top organizational and prioritization skills will ensure your success in spending efforts in the most productive way.
  • Stakeholder management. You will be working with colleagues from different countries and cultures. Excellent written and spoken communication skills will ensure your ability to resolve sensitive employee issues in a professional and effective manner.
  • Attention to detail. You will be working with lots of data, from payroll to employee survey feedback. Your data skills and attention to detail capabilities will help you execute data-driven tasks effectively and efficiently.
