People Operations Partner

TherapyBrands is seeking a People Operations Partner to play a key role providing knowledge, education and effective solutions to support individual and operational strategy. This role will build partnerships to identify short and long term people needs, resolve people relation concerns, promote successful change management and support continual development of People Operation processes. This role is expected to be the People Champion to provide expertise that will help others win and meet business goals.

What you'll do:

  • Assist the People Operations Director in providing a variety of cross-functional services essential to running the business (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Benefits, People Development, People Relations, Payroll, & Technology)
  • Solve organizational challenges through people-relation solutions supporting the TherapyBrands team
  • Demonstrate experience managing complexity; asks the right questions to accurately analyze and resolve situations
  • Educate and provide ongoing guidance to leadership related to people relation concerns
  • Be strategic using reasoning and critical thinking to gather data and make decisions to improve work flow and processes
  • Understand the business and how what you do has the power to accelerate it at rocket speeds
  • Be a trusted business partner and coach
  • Continuously evolve and change – proactively seek out ways to reduce the time you spend on required tasks so you can spend more time proactively impacting people


What you'll need:

  • 4-year college degree required
  • 5-7 years of experience as a Senior HR Generalist/HR Generalist/People Relations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing and planning workload effectively and accurately
  • Strong sense of the importance of teamwork and collaboration. Superior communication skills
  • Able to take initiative and anticipate internal people relation needs
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when performing all job duties
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of federal and state legal requirements and utilize reporting data to validate compliance
  • Technologically agile –, you learn new software easily (examples: UltiPro, #Slack, Gmail, Gsuite, MS Office Suite, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Exceptionally skilled in the use of MS Excel or Google Sheets (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
  • Team-player; you can write and talk to technical and non-technical people so that people reading or listening to you understand what you are communicating
  • Problem-Solver; you enjoy solving problems and don't stop until you've solved them; you are able to work on multiple tasks concurrently
