People Operations Talent Partner

TherapyBrands is seeking a People Operations Talent Partner to help us attract and retain talent to our rapidly growning organization. This role, while serving as main point of contact for candidates, interfaces and partners with business leaders to deliver qualified talent to fill critical roles. The role will builds and leverage external relationships with technical/diversity/professional associations to help shape sourcing strategy and develop future talent pipelines.

What you'll do:

  • Assist the People Operations Director in providing a variety of cross-functional services essential to running the business (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Benefits, People Development, People Relations, Payroll, & Technology)
  • Own the hiring strategy for the business and able to win the marathon to hire the best of the best
  • Be a passionate and strategic talent partner who is ready to use influence, effective communication and follow-up to establish lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Continuously evolve and change – proactively seek out ways to reduce the time you spend on required tasks so you can spend more time proactively impacting people


What you'll need:

  • 4-year college degree; or the equivalent practical work experience in a People Operations (or Human Resources)
  • 3-5 years’ experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition or Staffing (account relationship management)
  • Proactively research new recruiting methodologies to create innovation sourcing strategies.
  • Be the source of talent. Execute and innovate search techniques to generate a pool of candidates for open positions
  • Connect with the people. Pre-screen and develop a rapport with candidates by conducting initial phones screens; analyzing responses to job requirements and determining next steps
  • Create trend setting job postings that accurately reflect duties and responsibilities of the position and meets formatting guideline
  • Know what’s going on. Apply high level knowledge of relevant HR applicable laws, procedures and policies to recruiting requirements and practices
  • Be a data guru. Manage the applicant tracking system effeciently and compliantly to provide perdinent data on recruiting metrics
  • Technologically agile –, you learn new software easily (examples: UltiPro, #Slack, Gmail, Gsuite, MS Office Suite, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Exceptionally skilled in the use of MS Excel or Google Sheets (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
  • Team-player; you can write and talk to technical and non-technical people so that people reading or listening to you understand what you are communicating
