Performance Growth Manager

This is your rare opportunity to join a fast growing product as one of the first Growth team members. You will have direct ownership of many core growth channels for Wikibuy.
 
 
Wikibuy is a fast growing consumer product. The team has experience working in Growth at some of the internet’s largest companies.
 
 
What will you be doing?
 
 
You will be the second Growth hire and will be responsible for driving all performance-based user acquisition. You will make and drive the business case and decisions for which initiatives we pursue. 
 
 
This is a manager-level role for someone with 2-6 years of experience. The ideal candidate is comfortable rolling up their sleeves and executing their projects while also thinking like a manager to own results and propose ideas.
 
 
Wikibuy has seen initial success in driving performance-based Growth through paid channels, A/B testing and conversion rate optimization, and data-driven customer personalization. Those initial tests and their success have created the need for a full time owner to expand the activities and drive customer growth through new initiatives in paid acquisition, funnel optimization, and data-driven process improvements.

You are a growth enthusiast. You have experience working in demanding professional environments like consulting or investment banking. And, you are working at a cutting edge technology company on the coasts.
 
 
You are eager for an opportunity with a high-potential startup that offers the upside of leadership as the company grows.
 
 
You have a strong business and analytics background. Maybe that means you went through investment banking or consulting. Or, maybe that means you have worked at a top startup or one of the world’s best businesses. Regardless, you’re comfortable working with large datasets. And, most importantly, you’re comfortable with the business and finance fundamentals required to build a compelling business case.
 
 
You know how to set performance objectives, measure and analyze results, and iterate through initiatives to drive customer acquisition. You are passionate and curious about web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Mixpanel and with accessing databases through SQL.
 
 
You have the hustle necessary to execute more and iterate faster than the competition. You believe success requires both being smarter with differentiated strategies and working harder at night and on weekends. You thrive on working with a team that executes continuously and strives to be at the forefront of Growth.
 
 
You are also technically curious, and you are eager to roll up your sleeves in helping web development with landing pages and emails and opening Photoshop to design ad creatives.
 
 
You have the creativity and curiosity to ideate ads, research top performing creatives in the market, and discover copy that converts. You are confident you can deliver CTRs and conversion rates that beat the competition and perform amongst the internet’s best.
