An Expa portfolio company is looking for an experienced Performance Marketer to join its team to boost tech enabled lead generation efforts. This person will be responsible for executing campaigns across digital networks, partner networks, social media and paid sponsorships. This individual should be skilled in planning and execution. The ideal candidate has experience working across multiple channels to launch new campaigns.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Drive new user acquisition across multiple digital channels
- Manage all aspects of campaign performance for relevant channels (strategy, launch, optimization, and reporting)
- Identify opportunities for new digital channels to test to align with user acquisition strategy and goals
- Work cross functionally to continuously optimize paid landing pages and ad design for increased performance
- Define reporting standard for paid channels and process for sharing learnings with stakeholders and leadership

- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing role
- Expert copywriter who can quickly adapt to style based on the audience
- Experiment driven process to identifying market fit
- Proven history of successful data driven campaigns
