We’re currently seeking a driven and enthusiastic Performance Marketing Manager who will drive revenue, user acquisition and brand awareness by leading and implementing performance marketing initiatives. This role is open for remote.

This Performance Marketing Manager is critical to the success of our business, ensuring that it will improve ROI (return on investment) of our marketing programs by identifying, testing, and optimizing new/existing marketing programs . This role will report to the Director, Performance Marketing.

What you’ll do as our Performance Marketing Manager:

  • Take ownership of the existing Search Engine Marketing (SEM) accounts, making improvements, executing any changes that are needed, and developing the experimentation roadmap for SEM
  • Lead cross-functional efforts to launch tests, optimizations, campaigns, and new channels
  • Take full ownership of and drive continuous improvement in the efficiency of your channel(s). Monitor campaign performance through reporting and analysis and take relevant action on insights gained, proactively optimizing campaigns to increase performance
  • Collaborate across marketing to define goals and strategies for campaigns and speak to campaign level performance on a regular basis
  • Create test plans and continuously optimize Google Adwords, Bing, and other paid channels for improved engagement, targeting, messaging, and design
  • Develop understanding of the Flyhomes customer and the stages of the buying/selling process.
  • Remain focused on finding unique ways to drive acquisition of new customers for Flyhomes

Your experiences, skills, and abilities: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Sciences, Marketing, or related fields preferred, demonstrated success and work experience will absolutely be considered
  • 3-5 years digital campaign management and performance marketing experience
  • 3-5 years experience and demonstrated success in Google Ads, managing campaigns across multiple geographies
  • Proven success launching lead generation campaigns from ideation through to  execution and analysis. 
  • Demonstrated experience with A/B testing and landing page testing to continually drive campaign improvements
  • Able to work with internal creative team as well as legal and compliance to develop new ad copy and creative as needed
  • Able to comfortably speak with both engineering and analytics teams as necessary
  • Preference for start-up or high growth company experience.  Previous experience in real estate and/or B2C regulated industries is a plusProficiency with G Suite (Gmail, Google Meet, Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
  • Comfortable working independently, with a strong bias for action
  • Excel wizard, SQL skills are a nice bonus
