Founded in October 2014 in Berlin, JustWatch is currently the largest streaming guide in the world, available on web, mobile and TV.

In parallel with building our consumer apps, we’re also a data-driven marketing agency for the film industry. We run digital marketing campaigns for Hollywood’s latest blockbusters as well as for independent movies.

Are you a movie and TV show fan who is interested in the performance marketing behind movie and tv show campaigns? Help our team with effective marketing strategies in every aspect of our digital performance acquisition channels.   

Our campaigns reach millions of movie fans globally, and you will primarily be responsible for the management of digital accounts and diversifying the channel mix using paid social channels. 

With substantial investment into marketing automation, machine learning, talent acquisition, and our own creative unit - it’s an opportunity to join now and help us build the most impactful performance marketing standard for movies and tv shows globally.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Analyzing large data sets, including campaign performance, and applying the results to build a decision base for how to spend large media budgets for entertainment clients
  • Identify, develop, and execute outstanding performance marketing strategies  
  • Continuously optimise our campaigns on Google, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and JustWatch, etc. 
  • Communicate effectively across teams (Campaigns Team, BI and MarTech) to constantly evolve and adapt it to meet the entertainment market's rapidly changing needs

Here’s what you will need:

  • Strong interest in the movie and TV show industry  
  • 2+ years of working experience and hands on knowledge of TikTok, Meta, etc. DV360 is a big plus.
  • Independent working style and an ability to learn things quickly.
  • Keen interest in analysing performance, understanding the details, and the effectiveness of each campaign.
  • You have a balanced approach to test and learn when it comes to performance marketing. 
  • Marketing background, Quantitative Market Research experience, Information Studies, Computer Science, and Performance at scale
  • Great command of English. Any other language is a plus
  • And a “no bullshit” attitude
