Performance Marketing Manager

São Paulo, Brazil

We are looking for talents to join Wildlife's User Acquisition team in São Paulo, Brazil.

What you'll do

  • You will be responsible for managing our digital marketing campaigns, which impact millions of users daily
  • Be responsible for the return on investment of hundreds of campaigns, optimizing them in order to increase our number of downloads in multiple games
  • Leverage a growth hacker mentality to find previously untouched opportunities to make an impact on growth and reach
  • Deconstruct and optimize the user funnel working with key stakeholders across the company
  • Apply your analytical skills to identify trends and patterns with both in-game user behavior and with paid digital campaigns to influence our buying strategies
  • Staying current on the latest technology and trends in mobile, and ensure we are launching first to market strategies
  • Identify testing opportunities and develop testing roadmaps
  • Investigate and report on holistic and channel-level competitor activity

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics or related experience
  • Broad knowledge of statistics
  • Basic programming skills, preferably R and SQL
  • Strong analytical skills: you understand how to analyze metrics and data and proposes appropriate action based on that
  • Strong organizational skills: you can execute autonomously several tasks based on priorities agreed with the team and manager
  • Strong communication skills: advanced writing and speaking in English, and ability to synthesize analysis into insights
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment
  • Ability to drive product development with stakeholders to deliver against campaign objectives
  • Experience leveraging different mobile user acquisition channels to drive profitable scale
  • You are hands-on: willing and able to do what's needed in order to learn and find creative and out-of-the-box solutions to scale our games
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, derive insights and make recommendations
  • Experience with A/B testing, incrementally, and marketing effectiveness measurement methodologies and technologies
  • Must be able to deconstruct user funnels and identify areas for optimization
  • Understanding of Paid User Acquisition for social and other channels (2+ years experience) is a plus
