About the Role:

As a Customer Experience Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional end-to-end service for customers and doctors. You will help them navigate complex pharmacy issues, such as prescription refills, transfers, prior authorizations, and more. 

  • Handle inbound/outbound communication through phone, text, chat, and email and personally craft the Capsule experience by going above and beyond to assist with their needs.
  • Master our internal systems including the development of pharmacy and pharmacy insurance knowledge.
  • Partner with the Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure each experience is fast, friendly, and effortless.
  • Other administrative/clerical duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • You have a high school diploma / GED (Bachelor's Degree is a plus).
  • You have a minimum of 1-2+ years of relevant work experience (customer service and/or healthcare industry experience a plus).
  • You must be able to work evenings and/or weekends.
  • Access to high-speed internet.
