Phone Customer Support for Innovative Healthcare Insurance Provider

This project helps healthcare customers understand, access, utilize and optimize their healthcare coverage and options. Phone support is critical to ensuring that this complex area of everybody's lives is fully understood and easy to navigate. This project is also unique in that we are seeking up to 100 customer phone support professionals to work on a 5-day blitz project at a competitive rate.

You will also become eligible for future ModSquad projects once you successfully apply.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Previous phone customer support experience (call-center or work-from-home setting)
  • Experience with healthcare and insurance industry is a great plus
  • Willingness to help customers understand complex healthcare information
  • Ability to express empathy and patience
  • Excellent verbal communication skills

Orientation (paid): January 11th through January 13th from 9am to 5:30pm (EST)
Participation is mandatory!

Production: January 14th 8am to 7pm (EST)
January 15th 8am to 12am (EST)
8-hour shifts required
