Opportunity

The ideal candidate is an outstanding clinician with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong aptitude for designing and improving processes and systems. This role is offered at both a full time (inc. health benefits) and part time capacity.  Part-time employees can expect to work anywhere from 20-30 hours per week.  

Responsibilities

  • Provide care to on-site clinics by conducting physicals, answering health related questions and ensuring an excellent and consistent patient experience through team based care
  • Assist with provider recruiting and screening, to help grow our physician network and make sure that it is composed of top tier clinicians who reflect our mission and values
  • Help improve provider training, making sure that providers are quickly and effectively brought up to speed to deliver an outstanding patient experience
  • Assist with quality assurance including chart reviews and assessing patient feedback
  • Work hand in hand with Operations, Product Development, and User Experience to improve on our systems and processes

Qualifications

  • PA-C
  • NCCPA
  • NY Licensed & active DEA
  • Experience in Emergency or Family Medicine preferred
  • 2+ years clinical experience providing clinical care to patients
