Now we're looking for a passionate Client Onboarder who can help us to accelerate growth in the Polish market whilst offering an unrivalled customer experience.

The role:

As part of our client onboarding team dedicated to the Polish Market, you will be responsible for initial screening of clients and organization of business documents required from them. You will be working closely with the credit analysts making sure the loan approval process runs successfully.

  • Handling inbound calls and callback requests from potential customers
  • Monitoring the successful submission of documentation required for loan applications and chasing customers to provide missing documents
  • Pre-screening potential customers based on data they have provided and initial interview with the customer
  • Extracting and updating applicant’s information as part of the loan application process
