We launched in March 2013, and have been blown away by the customer response since then. We’re now looking to bring amazing people, like you, together to redefine the way people interact with brands online. 
 
The Team:
At Harry’s, the communications team plays a leading role in defining how we talk about Harry's externally. We're tasked with getting the word out and growing our brand - we have big ambitions for growth this year and many to come. You will play an integral role in the tactical execution of our PR and communications strategy. 
 
The Role:
We're looking for a passionate and organized person to execute the day to day PR activities and support larger PR initiatives for USA and Canada. 
 
What you will do:
  • Work with the PR Manager to develop and execute the PR strategy with clear goals, deliverables, and measurable results
  • Support day to day communications with external agencies, helping drive forward timelines
  • Manage day to day communication for digital influencer affiliate programs
  • Support in pitching for new campaigns and product launches, leading the pitching for digital influencers and bloggers
  • Manage product seeding from start to finish for all Harry's product launches and gifting initiatives
  • Manage media list maintenance, coverage tracking and reporting
  • Support the PR Manager in all offline events and partnerships
  • Foster relationships with key press, bloggers, YouTube creators, and other influencers
  • Monitor the news on a daily basis to keep the team updated on trends in our respective “spaces,” including tech, business, and fashion/lifestyle
  • Work cross-functionally across internal groups including the social media, editorial, marketing, finance, research and development and operations teams to manage workflow and information flow
This might describe you:
  • Two-three years experience working at a PR agency
  • Or two-three years experience at a digitally focused PR agency, working on influencer campaigns and managing relationships
  • The ability to communicate professionally, and confidently –  in person and over email. Someone who we can trust to speak on behalf of the brand
  • Ability to problem solve and recommend solutions 
  • Foundational knowledge of PR and how it can impact a company’s larger, strategic business goals
  • Prior experience building and maintaining relationships with digital influencers and editors
  • Understands branding priorities
  • Keen attention to detail
  • An organized self-starter who can manage multiple projects with drive, and a "no task is too big/small" attitude 
Who you'll work with:
  • This is a highly-cross functional role, where you will work with different teams and levels on a project by project basis
  • On a day to day basis, you will work closely with the PR Manager, Brand Director and our external PR agencies
  • Reports to PR Manager
