The fast-moving, high-impact Spotify Premium Brand team is a new team and responsible for the positioning and value proposition of Spotify Premium across 60 markets around the world.

We are growing and looking for an outstanding Premium Brand Operations that will join our new Premium Brand team in Stockholm where you will be a key part in building the foundation for Premium Marketing. You will join a high-performance team in a creative, data-driven environment where you will interact heavily with Marketing, FP&A and accounting teams to track actual spending to budget, drive improvement opportunities and ensure there are working processes in place for all strands of marketing that relates to Spotify Premium. Above all, your work will impact the way the world experiences music.

What you’ll do

  • Be closely involved in budgeting for Premium Marketing
  • Track and analyze performance of ongoing marketing spend and recognize and suggest improvement opportunities
  • Serve as a liaison between the Premium, Marketing, FP&A and Accounting teams
  • Drive operational process improvements
  • Set-up purchase orders (PO’s) in our accounting system to ensure appropriate classification of expenses to enable financial reporting and analysis
  • Maintaining work process flows by coordinating information and requirements related to operational departments; working with and proving resources to business improvement teams (Marketing S&P, Marketing Operations)
  • Oversee project schedules, progress, and costs to ensure results are delivered on time and within budget
  • Informing management by preparing reports, presentations and making recommendations

Who you are

  • A problem-solver with excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate
  • Able to coordinate cross-functional teams and scale processes across groups
  • 3-5 years relevant experience - budgetary related roles is preferred with ability to understand financial processes and entry-level accounting
  • BA is a plus
  • Able to work independently, in a qualitative and structured manner
  • Good at navigating complex organizations with ability to develop strong relationships, gain credibility and collaborate across channels and stakeholders
  • A strong planner with impeccable project management skills
