The Opportunity

 The Livongo Marketing Creative team is looking for top notch talent to add to their growing design team. The Senior Presentation Designer will support the various Livongo Marketing teams, as well as internal teams including Executive Leadership, Sales, People Operations, Product, and more, by creating top notch, visually rich presentations that not only invoke our brand guidelines but regularly innovate on them. The Presentation Designer will be able to effectively communicate complicated ideas in visually compelling and effective ways and will be able to concept, create, and execute presentation narratives that innovate on stakeholder requests. The Presentation Designer will further be responsible for understanding the media requirements of running presentations in multiple settings and will likely be called upon to be present in some of the more complex presenting environments.

  • Design and creation of incredible PowerPoint and Google templates for pitch presentations rich in detail, animation, and other high-level design elements
  • Partner with business and communications teams to develop design concepts for internal, external, global, regional and local pitches and programs
  • Concept and create print and digital collateral concepts for internal, external, global, regional and local pitches and programs
  • Understand and implement typographical, imagery, and animated innovations within the restrictions of multiple presentation development platforms across operating systems, font limitations, and presenting environments
  • Understand and implement innovative designs for collaborative working tools such as Zoom, Google Hangouts and more
  • Build and Implement new approaches and independently apply to design work
  • Act as a champion of brand standards and guidelines, maintaining and innovating on graphic, illustrative, narrative and photographic aesthetic and quality
  • Manage and execute multiple projects at once, efficiently meeting deadlines
  • Act as an inspiration and mentor to junior designers
  • Follow creative direction, work in a group dynamic, and actively participate on any given project or team to which assigned


  • 4 years of design experience (agency experience is preferred)
  • Portfolio that shows off excellent presentation work
  • Expert skills in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Zoom, Invision and other presenting/meeting tools
  • Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Studio
  • Impeccable attention to detail, including copy review
  • Strong conceptual ability, along with expert design and layout skill
  • Able to easily liaise with people outside the design team and create work based on a verbal or written brief
  • Self-starter and well-organized
  • Positive attitude; receptive to creative direction and design feedback
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines, often including nights and weekends
  • Open to travel as needed
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS
  • Proficiency with video a plus
  • 4-year degree (fine or graphic arts degree preferred)
