Job Summary:
Reporting to the Field Operations Manager, the Principal Marketing Operations Analyst will oversee our marketing automation system (Marketo) and help optimize our marketing technology infrastructure. This role is also responsible for ensuring that processes and tools are set up for our Marketing and Sales teams to achieve optimal, efficient, and scalable results.
As the Principal Marketing Operations Analyst, you are a strategic and data-driven thinker with deep knowledge of the marketing technology stack. You will own the administration of Marketo and its integrations and support day-to-day marketing automation tasks as needed.
• Manage system administration of the marketing automation platform (Marketo), including maintenance and troubleshooting, and support Marketo program execution
• Implement process and system efficiencies to improve marketing program and campaign effectiveness and scalability, including program templates, nurture programs, folder structure, etc.
• Optimize Marketo functionality, such as lead acquisition, lead lifecycle, lead scoring processes
• Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database, implementing data hygiene and enrichment processes to improve database health
• Provide data and analysis on program and campaign performance to drive improvements
• Provide enablement, guidance, and documentation of MarTech best practices for teams to drive adoption and self-service
• Oversee and support end-to-end marketing intake process via a project management tool  
Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong project management, organizational and analytical skills
• Exceptional attention to detail 
• Proactive, self-starter, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3-5 years relevant marketing experience
Minimum 3 years of Marketo Experience and Advanced Proficiency Required (certification strongly preferred)
• Deep knowledge of marketing automation best practices, including database management, lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead handoff, and lead nurture concepts
Salesforce General Business Knowledge Required
• Proficiency with the following tools preferred: Sales Loft/ 6Sense 
• Experience with Triblio, Drift, Vidyard, Sendoso, Zoominfo, and Google Analytics a plus
