Working as a Principal Product Manager at SafetyCulture for our User Management team, you will get the opportunity to truly connect with our customers and have ownership of your product roadmap, defining the vision and strategy for your product area within the platform whilst solving real customer problems that truly make a difference.

What you'll be doing

  • You will play a crucial role in developing the User-management experience of the core product for our enterprise customers.
  • Your responsibilities are wide-ranging, encompassing oversight across various products and requiring a holistic, project manager-like approach.
  • You will develop the road map for our users-group. From here you will drive strategic initiatives from conception through completion. 
  • You will work cross-functionally across teams (engaging with design and engineering) to solve challenging problems using the latest technologies. 
  • You will make data-driven, customer-obsessed decisions and work with leadership across SafetyCulture to prioritize your programs.

  • Demonstrated experience building B2B products within medium to large technology businesses desirable;
  • Experienced delivering products across web & mobile platforms working in domains or user-management will be preferred.
