Principal Software Development Engineer at Test

DUTIES:   Optimize workflows and improve the cadence and quality of software releases. Develop automated tests and test frameworks to ensure quality, testability, robustness and performance. Set-up, maintain and perform test automation frameworks on multiple applications platforms and building test scenarios and acceptance tests when needed. Review code and code design done by others and provide feedback when needed. Analyze users’ needs and then design, test, and develop software to meet those needs. Recommend software upgrades for company’s existing programs and software. Recommend and lead process improvements toward achieving continuous development/continuous deployment.

REQUIREMENTS:  

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or foreign equivalent degree, plus five (5) years of experience as a software engineer, support escalation engineer, programmer analyst, software developer, or a related occupation. Experience/knowledge must include software development experience with a focus in testing and automation and automation testing knowledge of APIs

RATE OF PAY:   $155,000 - $210,000 per year
