Job Description
Interns chosen for the Custom Manufacturing Internship program will work directly as a functioning member of multiple teams within Firespring Production. Interns will rotate through a variety of department roles throughout the production floor as they see something that interests them in their time at Firespring. Starting out, their role will be as a fulfillment specialist. They will work directly with our Shipping Team to pack orders and prepare jobs for shipping. Throughout this program, interns will participate in personal development sessions and mentorship opportunities.

We're looking for someone who:

• Can work effectively independently or in a team-based environment.
• Is self-motivated, accountable, and driven to maximize opportunities presented in the internship.
• High school juniors & seniors or some college experience preferred, though all students will be considered.
• Understands how to manage time between school and work responsibilities. Must be able to work at least 20-25 hours/week consistently.
• Is able to fulfill all hours within normal business operating hours (9am-5pm CST).
