About the Team and Role
We’re looking for a Private Client Director to help us launch into our next phase of growth. You’ll join our Global Digital Markets team and lead our Private Client effort in Asia, supporting our relationship management efforts, and developing deep and fruitful connections with partners.

- Significantly grow our Private Client segment business, increasing the number of clients and revenue
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of the Private Client segment in Asia and execute the business strategy surrounding it
- Work with our global team to develop a distribution strategy in Asia: both with existing clients familiar with crypto and new family offices and HNW who are looking to potentially invest in digital assets
- Originate new family office, wealth manager, and UHNW/HNW relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Understand the products in the private client space and assess the activities of our competitors to proactively satisfy and retain our clients
- Large network of family office and UHNW relationships with a record of long-lasting and productive relationships in Asia
- Understanding of wealth management products and services
- Proven ability to manage the complete sales process from prospecting to closing with an ownership mentality
- 5+ years of experience in a private bank or wealth management role
- Preferably an interest in crypto currencies and enthusiasm about BlockFi’s products and business model
- Ability to represent the company’s culture and values to our institutional counterparties
