Mandatory Skills:-

Good understanding and experience of Incident Management, a basic understanding of change management, working in a 24X7 environment
Excellent Communication and Documentation skills
Good command and control over the conference calls. Ability to lead the calls with cross-functional teams.
ITIL knowledge and certification (Preferred)
Basic troubleshooting skills and IT terminology
Total experience 4-6 yrs. Relevant 2+ years of experience
Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Service Now/Remedy et al.
24*7 rotational shift - Monthly/quarterly
