What You Get To Do Every Day

Analyze customer interactions and gather powerful insights to empower Human Interest to deliver best-in-class customer support. 

  • Analyze Process: Shadow subject matter experts to gain understanding of business processes. Identify opportunities for improved or decreased interdepartmental hand offs. 
  • Document Process: Create workflow diagrams and step-by-step process documentation. Assist leaders in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Correct outdated or incorrect process documentation.  
  • Monitor Knowledge Base: Develop a process for ensuring existing knowledge base documentation is accurate and up-to-date
  • Present: Report on current processes and recommended action plans to leadership team members. 

What You Will Accomplish

  • Improve our Ability to Solve: Empower agents to better serve our customers through the creation of accurate, user-friendly reference materials.   
  • Increase Efficiency: Identify opportunities for process improvement and present suggestions to leadership. Ensure that users can quickly and easily locate information needed to carry out their jobs.
  • Build Relationships: Develop deep partnerships with individual contributors and their leaders. Function as a trusted advisor and a resource for improving Human Interest’s Operational Effectiveness.

What You Bring To The Role

Need to have:

  • Passion for people - history of developing, mentoring, training and up-leveling skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding team objectives
  • Excellent written and spoken communication
  • Ability to develop working relationships at all levels of management, both inside and outside Human Interest
  • Possess top-notch organizational and analytical skills, including the ability to use data to inform business decisions and chive goals
  • Smart and self-motivated
  • Solid work ethic
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated clarity in written and spoken expression
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail

Nice to have:

  • Experience using Salesforce.com or other Client Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Prior success in multi-site contact center, business process outsourcing (BPO) environment, or similar role
