Job Overview: Procurement Executive

We are looking for a Procurement Executive to oversee and support our procurement team for Vendor onboarding due diligence and reporting/dashboarding process. Resource should have strong experience in MIS and Reporting.

The Procurement executive will work along with team for Vendor onboarding due diligence, tracking, reporting, dashboarding. The person shall collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders in India, so it’s essential that they have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable working in a team environment.

Key Role & Responsibilities:

• Partner with the broader P2P team on day-to-day tasks and related execution.
• Responsible for managing the accuracy of procurement deliverables and providing updates to stakeholders,
• Maintain and publish MIS at regular intervals and as requested.
• Tracking of received requirements to procurement and liaison with stakeholders for timely updates
• Creation of Purchase Orders, monthly reports and analytical reports of all purchase activities
• Examine and test existing contracts and notify stakeholders for upcoming renewals.

Eligibility criteria and skills:

• 2-4 years’ experience in MIS and Reporting.
• Good to have knowledge in Vendor management.
• Must possess good communication skills, verbal and written
• Proficient in excel, Power point, Word etc. (Standard Microsoft Office products)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
• Minimum Qualification – Any Graduation/MBA.
• This is a hybrid role.
