Product Analyst

This role lies at the centre of our vision and plans, and is right for a brilliant Product Analyst who holds consumer insight at the heart of decision-making and has keen ambitions in Product Management on a multi-national and multi-category digital product.

As Product Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the wider Product Management team with analysing data, insights and research, and manage specific tasks and specifications across the product range.

You will assist in researching, analysing data and insights and assessing feedback and consumer testing to understand the communicate the needs of the user to the wider Product team to guide decision making and priorities.

Product analysis and informing decisions:

  • You will be responsible for supporting the Product Management team with data analysis and research to better understand our markets and end users. You will work collaboratively in this area across Product Management, Content and Communications and Product Design.
  • You will support the Product Design team in organising and managing user research groups and sessions and in doing so, help identify new opportunities and Product improvements.
  • You will assist in generating reports and insights for the Product team and the wider business on key metrics and interpreting trends and observations.
  • You will work collaboratively with the Product team on bespoke requirements for features and functionality and provide ad hoc analysis on a range of topics, in preparation for significant new features developments.

Features and Product enhancements:

  • You will perform initial product analysis to assess the need, urgency and the impact on the Product for any requested changes or features.
  • You will support the wider Product Management team in reviewing consumer feedback and producing recommendations.
  • You will support the Product Management team to identify member experience and process improvements opportunities and help design and interpret test results.
  • You will be responsible for writing user stories and specifications for new features, defects or functionality improvements assigned to you.
  • You may be, from time-to-time, expected to help investigate issues that arise, alongside the wider Product team and to escalate these where required.


A successful candidate will be:

  • Highly logical and analytical
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Deeply appreciative and passionate about translating insights and research into actionable enhancements
  • Advanced user of Excel
  • Familiarity with Tableau and Keen is a bonus
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, highly ambitious and multi-channel environment
  • Self-starter and proven team player
