We are looking for a Product Analyst to accelerate our analytical power in the context of product performance, experimentation, and understanding user’s demand and success. With your profound expertise in developing metrics and visualizations to measure product success, enabling product experimentation and building models to generate foresights, you will have a strong impact on our today’s and tomorrow’s success.

You will be part of the Product Analytics team and partner closely with the product manager and engineering manager to support with data insights and development and prioritization of our product roadmap. You will run deep-dive analysis, build models, design experiments, and define success metrics for the product teams.

As a Product Analyst, you are not only passionate about your domain and data but also about empowering others around you. You actively mentor junior analysts, teach product managers and engineering teams on analytics best practices, contribute to community structures for knowledge sharing, and participate in cross-team collaboration and learning.


About the role:

  • Partner closely with product and engineering leaders in your team to inform product development with data and to define success metrics for your team’s goals 
  • Own the full scope of analytics in the context of your team, such as reporting on and visualizing product performance, supporting product experimentation and A/B testing, and exploring new product opportunities
  • Be part of our analytics community: contribute with knowledge-sharing, pair with other analysts, support hiring and onboarding in a hybrid team set up
  • Increase the level of self-service analytics by providing training to the product teams as well as enhancing standards and frameworks for building product dashboards and product specific data models
  • Run deep-dive analysis, build models, and design experiments

About you:

  • You have a strong background in analytics, A/B testing frameworks, and hypothesis testing
  • You know SQL in and out and have applied at least one programming language for data analysis and building algorithmic models (Python preferred)
  • You have experience with implementing event tracking and tracking plans
  • You love to connect with a wide range of stakeholders and translate data into stories
  • You can navigate ambiguity and love to explore a problem with minimal direction
