We’re looking for an empathetic leader to take the helm of Product Design Operations as we look to acquire new and retain more travellers as we continue to grow beyond flights. This opportunity will see you partner with squads across the organisation to re-invent how we help travellers plan, book and experience their trip. As well as continuing to grow our design team and further embed our design culture across the org globally.
You’ll be an experienced Design Program Manager who has delivered significant results at a company-wide level — defining operational strategy, coordinating and launching new products and /or services, overseeing complex processes and org challenges, as well as hiring and developing top talent.
Along with the above you’ll balance great operational thinking, design process knowledge, experience and data to cut through complexity and identify high impact opportunities that deliver simple user-centric solutions.
