We value designing for and with our users, and you do too. You are excited to dig into workflow pain points with our customers and build prototypes to gather feedback on your designs. This takes a lot of listening, a lot of whiteboarding, and a lot of attention to detail, which you have in spades.
You are familiar with the full product design spectrum, from feature concepting to shipping, and are an expert at either UX or UI, but excited to flex and grow to be an expert at both under the mentorship of our Director of Design and in collaboration with the rest of our design team. You think in systems, and are highly organized, which leads to an eye towards design consistency and scalability.
You will be working closely with Product and Engineering in small development teams, each with an assigned PM and Designer. This means you will be the representative of design within your team, responsible for executing all designs and for bringing design thinking and processes to your team collaborations.
