As Product Director, CPaaS, you will own all aspects of the product management activity, from definition to market launch, guiding internal stakeholders and selling to external audiences.
We’re looking for a natural leader, a highly technical and hands-on individual, an innovator and somebody with a passion to develop new things. You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision and the drive to make that vision a reality.
You must be able to communicate with all functions of the company: you will work very closely with the executive team and must have demonstrated leadership and management skills in a complex matrix and Global organisations.
You will collaborate constantly with your engineering counterpart to define and drive the product development sprints, product roadmap, features, and releases.
You must enjoy spending time in the market meeting customers to understand their problems and identify how to help them.
You will serve as the internal and external evangelist for your product offering, training colleagues as well as customers on the new products and tools. Duties and Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our CPaaS offerings.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product innovation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define user stories, and prioritize features for development.
- Lead a team of product managers and guide them in the development and execution of product initiatives.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product releases.
- Drive product adoption and customer satisfaction through effective go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and communication.
- Monitor key product metrics and use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize product performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies to identify potential areas for product expansion and improvement.
- Build strong relationships with customers and gather feedback to drive continuous product improvement.
Skills required
- Proven experience in a similar role as a Product Director, preferably within the CPaaS or SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of CPaaS solutions, APIs, and communication technologies.
- Demonstrated success in developing and launching innovative products in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive product decisions.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
