We’re in a high-growth stage of our mission here at ComplyAdvantage - to rid the world of financial crime. We’re now adding a Product Director (who will report to the VP of Product) to oversee our data products and help support the product managers who run them.

Requirements

What you’ll do:

  • Be responsible for the success of our data products
  • Mentor and manage our data PMs in both London and Cluj, Romania
  • Report to the management team (and potentially at board-level) on key performance metrics and strategy
  • Ensure we understand and are meeting our customer needs
  • Oversee all Product Marketing for AML Data products


Requirements:

  • You’ll have led highly successful data products in a product-centric company (places like Google, TransferWise, Stripe)
  • You’ve mentored and developed product managers
  • You have a technical background, or comfort with understand technical challenges, ideally in machine learning
  • AML/Compliance experience is not necessary
