• Those of you who participated in Leaders Onboarding as Aspiring leaders
• Candidates who took part in previous PM Leader recruitment process
• PM Team members who are in NG at least 6 months

Recruitment process - what to expect

Step 1

Application via Workable, where candidates give a short justification why they would like to become a Leader.

Step 2

One - hour interview with selected candidates. Before the interview, selected candidates will receive topics to cover via presentation during the interview. Apart from discussing the candidate's presentation, we will ask leadership questions.

Interview will be led by Krzysztof Gołaszewski & Marta Marczykowska-Polańska

Requirements

Criteria of selection for interview:

1. Leader’s approval
2. Months at Netguru
3. “Active factor” which is a proven track record of activity & recognizable within our community: giving feedback, sharing cool stuff, taking part in meaningful discussions etc. Also this means being involved in areas, mentoring newbies

Drivers for evaluation after interview (apart from criteria of selection for interview)

1. Task preparation and presentation during the interview
2. Previous experience in leadership
3. Soft Skills like: system thinking, empowerment, communication, empathy
4. General attitude and leadership potential

As a leader you will be granted a 1000 PLN addition to the salary.
