We have long-running partnerships with the biggest brands in entertainment such as Live Nation and Universal Music Group, have raised over $120M to date, have offices in London, Wroclaw and across North America and ranked 4th in the Sunday Times fastest growing tech companies of 2020.
Requirements
At the end of 2021 we’re projecting 100s of 1000s of people will be attending an event sold through the Pollen Marketplace. We do not want to be directly involved in the operation of those events, but we want to retain control of key touchpoints which improve the experience for our customers. These are all areas that are ripe ground for innovation and operational scalability initiatives, and we expect automation and process to play a huge part in our growth.
As Pollen scales our curated experiences model, having a compelling and impressive customer experience will become increasingly critical to our success. To facilitate this, we’re seeking a Product Manager for Automation to strategically enhance the features of our internal tools and platforms that tie to the customer experience.
