Our travel sales ahead of 2021 are booming in spite of COVID-19, which is down to our curated travel offering - we put together blockbuster artists, the most exciting destinations and the best hotels to create an incredible experience for our members. We have long-running partnerships with the biggest brands in entertainment such as Live Nation and Universal Music Group, have raised over $120M to date, have offices in London, Wroclaw and across North America and ranked 4th in the Sunday Times fastest growing tech companies of 2020.


At the end of 2021 we’re projecting 100s of 1000s of people will be attending an event sold through the Pollen Marketplace. We do not want to be directly involved in the operation of those events, but we want to retain control of key touchpoints which improve the experience for our customers. These are all areas that are ripe ground for innovation and operational scalability initiatives, and we expect automation and process to play a huge part in our growth.

As Pollen scales our curated experiences model, having a compelling and impressive customer experience will become increasingly critical to our success. To facilitate this, we’re seeking a Product Manager for Automation to strategically enhance the features of our internal tools and platforms that tie to the customer experience.

In 12 months, this person will have:

  • Designed the vision for this new team, communicating it both within the tech team & to key business stakeholders. Created a clear plan and a cohesive strategy that evolves with the business.
  • Delivered key value to the business both from an internal employee and customer experience perspective across both the way Pollen employees use systems like Braze, Kustomer and Salesforce along with how these tools enhance the Pollen event experience.
  • Taken ownership of features to ensure their overarching business success. This includes discovery and definition, evaluating business viability, stakeholder communications, and measuring success of the projects.
  • Become the subject matter expert on the systems that drive automation both internally and externally. Enhance understanding of other Pollen employees of the capabilities of these systems.
  • Built rapport with business stakeholders, measured by how well your team’s roadmap is understood, and the satisfaction with the team feeling they are producing the features the business needs, before the time they need them. Created a structure to measure this regularly with actionable insights.
  • Developed the Automation team culture, creating a high performing team that is excited to come to work together every day.
  • Created a methodology to measure how the technology used impacts our north star metrics as a company
