Bombfell is hiring a

Product Manager

New York, United States

This isn't your first rodeo — you have 3+ years of product management experience and a track record of shipping great products. You possess strong product instincts and can clearly express your product vision through both prose and wireframes. You regularly switch between high-level planning and tactical execution in your day-to-day.

You keep a firm grasp on big picture priorities, because it helps you rapidly plow through lots of small decisions. Your product and feature decisions balance business goals, user requirements, tech feasibility and quantitative data. You’re able to review and interpret large bodies of qualitative and quantitative data on customer usage patterns to uncover new product insights.

Like a real-life Claire Underwood (except not evil!), you’ve demonstrated the ability to lead by influence across functions/departments. You’re comfortable working with developers and possess an understanding of tech limitations. You’re great at identifying problems and finding solutions, and know what resources you’ll need to get the job done.

As a founding member of our product team, you’ll play a formative role in shaping the product function at Bombfell and lead the teams designing, building and testing all Bombfell products across the web and mobile. You’ll report directly to the CEO and work intimately with engineers, designers, data scientists and business partners from the marketing and styling teams as you bring product to life and relentlessly iterate to improve it.

This is an extremely entrepreneurial position in a flat and rapidly growing organization, and the fruits of your work will be seen and directly used by hundreds of thousands of people. You’ll be highly cross-functional, serving as a key organizational glue across the broader team to establish common goals and deliver best-in-class products for our clients and our team.

You’ll own the entire product-lifecycle and play a critical role in helping the company achieve its strategic goals and priorities. You’ll oversee everything from ideation, to sprint planning, to quality assurance and bug fixing, to releases and feedback loops.
