About the role

As a Product Manager, you are responsible for the budget, execution, and creative integration of assigned areas for our DreamHack festivals. The ideal Product Manager will develop product vision and strategy with a strong understanding of a given product and community. Our next Product Manager Festival Ops has a knack for ideating and bringing to life a unique product vision that will enhance the community experience under our DreamHack event brand.

The Product Manager reports to the Director DreamHack Festivals and will be part of our Global Product team. This is a remote position with the ideal candidate residing in Sweden.

Requirements

What you’ll do

  • Liaise with production, producers, product managers, and others within festival product
  • Plan and coordinate focus areas to reach assigned goals
  • Coordinate all communications and marketing efforts with the communications team
  • Develop and strengthen product activations along and constantly work on it’s strategy
  • Focus on complying with brand/ product definition and guidelines
  • Liaise with production, producers, product managers, and others within the festival product
  • Act as a point of contact for talent - be creative and look for engagement activations
  • Develop and execute product activations with partners
  • Cultivate responsible focus areas and develop them every festival iteration
  • Ensure that allocated budget is utilized, planned, and not exceeded
  • Coordinate all product efforts directly with assigned operations team
  • Produce schedules and other documentation to aid in planning and execution
  • Cultivate responsible focus areas and develop them every festival iteration
  • Ensure company success by transparent reporting and communication, cross product cooperation and acting in accordance with company values and regulations
  • Be familiar with, and comply with Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy, Code of Conduct, Whistleblower Policy, and the Information/IT Security policy

What you need

  • In-depth experience in Product Management - (festivals, events), event Management, or another related field in gaming, entertainment, commercial.
  • Knowledge and passion about DreamHack (nice to have)
  • A good understanding of physical activities, festivals / music festivals, creative content process
  • Understanding and familiarity of operational processes of a festival/event
  • Familiarity with Swedish music market, commercialization (nice to have)
  • Driven, proactive, self-going and great at taking own initiatives and decision
  • Ability to work within an environment of frequently changing priorities
  • Ability to be proactive and problem-solving, and able to delegate and oversee teams working independently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across geography, function, and seniority
  • High level of professionalism, diplomacy, and integrity
