Product Manager, Financial Systems

Overview: 

As the Product Manager, Financial Systems you will  drive the product vision, strategy and execution of a roadmap for the Enterprise Resource Planning and Financial systems at Glossier. You will oversee a variety of home grown and off the shelf software products including NetSuite, to enable the Finance and Operations teams at Glossier to scale our business. This is a great role for someone who wants to lead and define the strategy for a growing area and will have the chance to make a big impact on our business.

6 Month Accomplishments:

• Have a clear sense of how all Enterprise Resource Planning  and Finance systems work together to enable our business
• Be an expert on ERP and Finance systems that support multiple business areas
• Understand the objectives of and existing problems for these business areas to define a roadmap in collaboration with the stakeholders that helps them achieve their goals 
• Define success for a variety of software and data products and their integrations
• Collaborate with stakeholders and autonomously execute on well scoped problem areas to drive and measure impact for the business

12+ Month Accomplishments:

• Contribute to developing the future strategy and roadmap for ERP and Finance and  integrations with all operations systems by partnering with other Product Managers
• Be the subject matter expert  for Glossier’s ERP and Finance  systems and business functions
• Drive and measure impact for the business by collaborating with stakeholders and autonomously executing on large scale integrations between software and data products
• Continuously measure and report on key product metrics and iterate on roadmaps

The Ideal Candidate...

• Experience in product management, business analysis, or technology operations defining and implementing ERP and Financial Planning and Analysis features and functionality
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and data analysis skills  
• Familiar with Agile or similar iterative project management processes 
• Proficient at Excel
• Experience using clubhouse, JIRA or similar software
• Bonus points for experience with NetSuite
