Leading a cross-functional team, you will play a key role in changing the way learners and HR professionals see workplace learning by helping build a solution that actually drives measurable outcomes. You will be expected to conceive, design, and prioritize projects based on your expertise and understanding of the workplace learning landscape. You will own your products from conception to adoption and be willing to take bold risks rather than settling for incremental improvement. The scope of your work will only be limited by your imagination and willingness to embrace risk.

 

What you'll do

  • Develop and lead product strategy and roadmap, evangelizing and providing context to the team and entire company along the way
  • Get inside our customers’’ heads with interviews and analyses to drill down to the deepest needs that are driving new business opportunities
  • Drive the process of product requirements, design,and prototyping, to discover innovative solutions to the business opportunities that arise
  • Drive product planning and development through agile best practices
  • Be accountable to various product and business metrics including engagement, efficacy, retention, and conversion
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for the entire company and work cross-functionally to understand the needs and constraints of other teams
  • Contribute a genuine passion and enthusiasm for the product and mission. This means sharing our customers’ pain, knowledge of the business, and industry trends so that the team is inspired to help.

 

Who you are

  • 5+ years experience in metrics-focused product management roles for user-facing software with B2B SaaS experience preferred
  • A computer science degree or equivalent technical background preferred
  • Experience driving large projects requiring industry assessments and ROI modeling
  • Experience in driving product strategy as a product lead
  • Strong conceptual thinking and knowledge of user interface design processes and methodologies
  • Deep understanding of various user research methodologies
  • Vision for the future of the workplace
  • A rigorously analytical and metrics-driven approach to problem solving
  • Experience with agile development methodology
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills; storytelling; ability to speak fluently to business people, partners, designers, and engineers
  • Knowledge of the workplace learning market and understanding of competitor products preferred
