Product Manager in ROBOKASSA

Robokassa is a universal tool for accepting and processing online payments. Robokassa's client base is large and wide-reaching, with more than 60,000 companies including large Russian companies, small and medium-sized businesses, government organizations, and foreign companies.

We are looking for new streams to develop the company in Russia and abroad. And now we are looking for a Product Manager to join our team. You’ll be working closely with the product development and design teams to drive Robokassa forward with innovation, supreme technology and aesthetic design.

Robokassa is the business arm of Paysend in Russia. Paysend is a global payments company based in London and Moscow with over 2.4 million customers sending money around the world. Paysend is a global disruptor, and Robokassa plays a major role in this in Russia.


  • Development of new products for Robokassa together with the project manager and development and design teams.
  • Conducting market research (analytics, surveys, trends, competitive analysis) and applying the knowledge gained in creating a product.
  • Leading "produce backlog refinement" and decomposing large parts of the backlog into specific tasks with clear value for business and customers.
  • Building the CJM on existing product streams.
  • Defining issues in the current CJM, and creating action plans to solve them.
  • Creating the metric tree for further improvements.
  • Developing a "value proposition canvas".

Requirements

  • t least 1 year of product management experience, preferably in CMS, SaaS (or having a sincere interest to these areas);
  • Experience of creating a product from scratch;
  • Experience in unit economy estimation;
  • Data driven approach, with expertise in Google Analytics and Yandex.Metrika;
  • Experience in "customer development" approaches;
  • Experience in A/B testing and understanding statistical significance;
  • Ability to write intelligible PRD;
