Patreon is looking for someone to bring a user-centric and strategic approach  to our product team.

Our company and team are growing fast, and we are looking for someone to own a core part  of our product roadmap. We need someone to partner with engineers and designers to develop great solutions for our Patreon creator and patron community.  You’ll work on a variety of projects across the product with a diverse set of team members.  

What you will get to do:

  • Get to  know our customers (creators and patrons),  our business  and key metrics
  • Lead product requirements gathering and prioritization against quarterly objectives
  • Build out and prioritize a product backlog
  • Work closely with our cross functional teams
  • Define and analyze key metrics to inform planning and measure success
  • Keep track of key details and ensure everyone knows where your projects stand

What skills we ask for:

  • A minimum of 4 years experience in a product manager role
  • Great written and oral communication skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Ability to  identify and define core requirements
  • A keen understanding of analytics and the ability to identify key metrics to measure projects
  • Strategic thinking
  • A user-centric approach to  product
