Here's what you'll do:

  • Deliver to market innovative and successful products that solve real problems for our customers
  • Test the performance of new products, refine assumptions, and iterate quickly
  • Help shape the vision and product strategy for the company
  • Understand our customers, the data we store for them, our business, and the industries we support
  • Define requirements and deliver the context necessary for our designers and engineers to come up with the best possible solutions
  • Drive project schedules from design to release, including coordinating market launch and customer adoption
  • Create and deliver internal training on new products
  • Collaborate with other product managers and designers to ensure a consistent customer experience across products
  • Report to stakeholders on the progress and success of product initiatives
  • Figure out a way past each obstacle

Here's what you'll need to do it:

  • Significant product management exposure
  • Experience in customer research, business analysis, and project management
  • Knowledge of agile software development methodologies
  • A background in finance/accounting is preferred

You're data driven, independent and pragmatic. Highly customer focussed and task oriented, you enjoy a challenge and can get things done. You have excellent communication skills and the ability to influence others, share and drive a vision.
