PRODUCT
We're the customer experts and advocates. Our teams work on the end-to-end product lifecycle; from understanding the motivations and needs of our customers and partners to designing and testing hypotheses to creating industry-leading experiences for luxury shoppers, sellers, and service providers. We set our Product vision and achieve our strategy in close partnership with teams across the business.
THE ROLE
As a member of the Consumer Product team for Private Client, you will be responsible for promoting the product strategy and definition by translating our most valuable customer needs and goals into business and product requirements. Our aim is to deliver the VIP experience of reference for the industry to our top customers. You will partner with the Analytics, Research, Design, Private Client, Engineering, and other Consumer Product teams to deepen our customer understanding and build experiences that will nurture their loyalty and relationship with Farfetch.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Contribute to establishing a clear product roadmap for remit, which feeds into the broader domain strategy and Consumer Products strategy;
  • Always starts with user needs and acts as the voice of the user within team development and ensures that anything shipped meets users' needs.
  • Translates user needs to user stories and ensures that development meets/exceeds user needs and is of high quality. Defines the fidelity needed for different stages of rollout.
  • Immerses in customer research insights and maintains market knowledge in the subject/area of focus
  • Partnering with design to develop designs that meet customer needs and solutions
  • Assesses if concept features are needed, how they solve customer problems, and how they contribute to a measurable business objective.
  • Create business cases for customer opportunities and feature development within your domain.
  • Support to define the metrics for customer opportunity and feature development within your domain.
  • Provides support to the domain development team to set and socialize clear goals for their remit.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Experienced in a product management;
  • Experienced in understanding and handling customer needs and problems;
  • Experience in topics such as CRM or in the luxury industry is a plus
  • Experienced in shaping a product roadmap based on partner needs, research, data, and industry trends;
  • Experience in consumer-facing digital products (websites, apps, etc.)
  • Experienced in working with large, complex, and demanding companies;
  • Proficiency in English
