Job Description:

Our team is looking for a brilliant Product Manager who is excited about building software that improves the delivery of education and placement of our students. As a product manager you will partner with engineers, business and designers to develop great solutions for our students, instructors and employers. You’ll work on a variety of projects across the product with a diverse set of team members.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Own aligning our business strategy and metrics with our product development efforts and leading product development teams from design through successful rollout
  • Lead scrums for a broad range of talented colleagues for both on-site and remote locations
  • Manage a continuous development, release and user testing cycle to  
  • Be the voice of our customers



Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a product manager on agile teams
  • Able to turn user needs, business insights, and market constraints into well-defined, feasible product features
  • Expertise aligning team around product strategy, roadmap and milestones
  • Experience managing large projects and startups new to digital products
  • Ability to run an Agile software development process
  • Excellent communication skills

 

Like to Have:

  • Undergraduate degree in a technical, scientific, or quantitative field
  • Specific domain expertise in ed-tech software
  • Able to talk tech, understand databases, and have a favorite programming language
