The Role
Veeva is looking for a Product Manager (PM) for Asia Language Localization for our Vault Products. You will work closely with our Asia team and our customers to help refine our local language support (Chinese, Japanese, Korean) for our Vault Product UI. You will engage with internal development and QC teams in the United States, Asia technical teams (Professional Service, Product Management, Solution Consulting, Customer Success, Strategy), and local customers to help deliver accurate localization. You will be responsible for coordinating the localization review with our local technical team members and providing the results back to the US product development and QC team.
What You'll Do
- Drive the Vault product localization for the Asia market
- Responsible for preparing, sending out and gathering review workflows from local technical teams.
- Take part in the QC process for all new feature releases to make sure quality localization is available for each feature released with UI
- Review all existing UI to update existing localization for all Vault products
Requirements
- Business Japanese (oral and written) and Business English (oral and written)
- 5+ years of experience in the software industry working on product localization in Chinese, Japanese, or Korean
Nice to Have
- Experience in life science industry
