Your Role:

Networked Distribution is a multifaceted model that strives to empower our partners to take control of their order and inventory management, utilize data and analytics to surface new insights, and to streamline operational complexities. We are looking for a Product Manager to help us drive towards STORD’s mission at scale. You will build the next generation platform that enables the activities to store, transport, and distribute goods to our end customers using quantitative analysis, customer feedback, and iterative thinking.   You will apply strategy, effective prioritization, and development execution  to help STORD achieve our goals.

What You'll Do: 

• Ship innovative features from ideation, development, to launch 
• Establish a shared vision across the company by attaining alignment on product priorities
• Continuously prioritize roadmap projects based on the company goals and team KPIs
• Partner with engineering, design, and cross functional stakeholders to ensure software is built collaboratively and inclusively
• Become an expert on the competitive ecosystem, and how STORD’s technology fits into it
• Conduct both quantitative and qualitative research to prioritize your roadmap
• Be the voice and champion of the customer, helping transform these needs into innovative solutions
• Work with the product team to build processes and a strong culture

What You'll Need:

• 5+ years experience as a Product Manager, preferably at a startup 
• Experience with navigating multiple systems from warehouse management systems to transportation tracking 
• Deep experience with the software development lifecycle
• Ability to take an idea to launch with limited resources 
• Passion for creating quality  software that delights and solves problems for the user
• Great communicator who can articulate user needs, business value of products, and also get into the technical details with engineers
• Independent but collaborative - you can self lead feature delivery, but can also work cross-functionally with teams
• Strong analytical capabilities
• A blend of strategy, execution, user empathy, and business savvy

• Previous logistics or supply chain experience
• Software engineering background with coding experience
