Product Manager

Who we're looking for: 

As our business continues to grow at an expanding rate, so does our need to effectively manage the building of our software for merchants around the world. We’re looking for an exceptional product manager to own product initiatives for our SaaS tool, ZOZI Advance - an OpenTable-like online booking platform for activities, tours, and events. With a unique blend of business and technical savvy, you’ll be responsible for bringing our company vision to life through a thoughtful process and product roadmap.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate strategic company goals into detailed product roadmap.

  • Coordinate closely with engineering to ensure their work is prioritized, unblocked and driving towards an on-time release.

  • Interface with design team directly to help generate beautiful and effective products.

  • Define and manage testing and analytics to ensure we’re sticking to data-driven development.

  • Keep your pulse on the competitive landscape, emerging web and commerce innovations, and best practices.

  • Include usability studies, market research and analysis into the product development process.

  • Partner with Marketing to bring our brand, voice, and production values to life in every aspect of our products.

  • Partner with Sales to conduct user testing to gain insight on how customers are using our platform to inform future decisions.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of SaaS product management experience.

  • Proven results at building, launching and growing products, as well as high functioning teams and processes.
