 POSITION AVAILABLE:  Product Marketer

 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration or a related field, plus 1 year of experience in the job offered or a related position

 DESCRIPTION: Execute market analysis, quantitative analysis, qualitative feedback, and strive to represent the voice of the athlete internally when working with Product Management, Design and Engineering. Work closely with co-workers in many cross-functional teams, including Leadership, Product Management, Design, Engineering, PR and Brand to drive the execution of product launches and ongoing adoption of critical products in the portfolio. Assist in go-to-market execution, including positioning, communication of value proposition, creative launch strategy, PR and partner materials. Execute A/B test across various channels, messaging, segmentation, targeting, and promotions. Focus on product adoption and usage rates by assisting in driving post-launch product changes, creating market facing programs and providing effective product launch support to sales and partners. Execute management’s campaigns designed to acquire, engage and win back athletes.



  • Knowledge of the app market, including competitive landscape, business models, and growth rates
  • Knowledge of the cycling industry
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools, such as in-app messaging and notifications
  • Experience with lifecycle messaging programs, channel marketing, campaign creation, copy editing, conversion rates and localization of content
  • Experience in data analysis via business intelligence tools
  • Experience in qualitative research, including writing surveys, conducting / observing interviews, and synthesizing information
