Note: Although this is a remote position, we are currently only seeking candidates in European-aligned timezones between UTC-1 and UTC+3.
We’re looking for a customer-centric and data-driven Product Marketer to join Hotjar’s product team. In this role you will be working closely with the Product and Engineering leadership, Product Managers and the Marketing team to deliver value to Hotjar’s customers and position the company as the leader (SMB/SME) in the customer experience industry.
You’ll be responsible for crafting and executing on our go-to-market strategy, building out our partners network, identifying key market needs and setting the strategy that unlocks those opportunities, and develop messaging that resonates with our audience, so people can learn about and use Hotjar.
In this role you will:
Research and develop product positioning and messaging to grow Hotjar’s relevance and leadership.
Create succinct and engaging messaging for product updates and improvements.
Work with marketing to coordinate campaigns and execute product launches to maximize awareness, product adoption and drive new business.
Work with our integration partners and develop new partnerships to incorporate Hotjar into existing marketing and creative workflows and develop creative go-to-market activities.
Lead and coordinate voice of customer research and analysis and be a champion for qualitative research (and using Hotjar itself) within the Hotjar team.
Perform ongoing analysis of the competitive landscape to improve Hotjar’s position and unique identity in the market.
Work with Marketing and Customer Success to ensure both customer and public communications are aligned with positioning and brand.
Work closely with Product Managers to coordinate roadmap milestones, beta programs, internal product training, and announcements.
Create value-based success and sales enablement content to drive new business growth and retain/grow existing revenue.
The budgeted compensation range for this role is €55,000 to €75,000 annually. Ranges are based on market research and are equitable to other roles within Hotjar. The actual compensation offered to a successful candidate will be based on relative experience and skills. At this time we are only able to provide official employment status to those located in Malta. All other candidates will join our team as full-time consultants and will be responsible for paying any taxes or applicable fees where they reside.
