Product Go-To-Market Manager

The Product Go-To-Market Manager is the critical facilitator of product knowledge within Adyen, ensuring product positioning, fit, competitor insights, market trends, GTM launches and sales enablement information is commercially impactful. This role spans end-to-end with a wide scope of partners across Product, Marketing and Commercial stakeholder networks. 

As the marketing responsable to launch all our products portfolio in Brazil and Mexico you’ll translate impact product value propositions, features, functionalities, and financial enhancements into incredible go-to-market plans with simple and easy to understand messagings that take into account different channels and creative ways to impact our prospects and customers. 

The position is in constant interaction with our Product Marketing Team in the Netherlands to ensure that the global strategies designed are well understood and then translated into our market.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner closely with Global Product Marketing team to understand the products whole strategy and positioning and translate it into end-to-end regional product marketing initiatives including impactful go-to-market approaches;
  • Design and execute go-to-market product plans aligned with our branding, digital and brand experience teams to ensure we are using all channels and opportunities to impact our target. 
  • Develop a framework that contains several go-to-market initiatives and make sure we are applying it to every new product launch; 
  • Be the voice of the local customers and use a range of market, competitive and local insights to help validate our product, propositions and to uncover growth opportunities;
  • Evaluate projects using relevant data measures in an effort to iterate, improve and build upon performance, while contributing to local and global KPIs;
  • Develop and quantify sales enablement materials and product marketing initiatives with commercial value;
  • Train our commercial teams, so that they have a complete understanding of our strategy for each product and can present them in the best possible way.
  • Ensure that we are making the most of the materials provided by the global team, tropicalizing and roll-outing them in our local communications.

Who you are:

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing is required (experience in payments, tech or SaaS and in B2B is preferred);
  • Ability to grasp complex, technical subjects and make them easy to understand;
  • Have a passion for investigating and solving customer problems (experience with customer centricity, voice of the customer methodologies, and market monitoring and is a plus);
  • Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written;
