DICE is obsessed with data and technology and on a mission to be the world’s best platform to discover and buy tickets to amazing live experiences. The best artists all work closely with us to make sure their tickets go to their fans, not scalpers or touts.
We’re more than an app for buying tickets; DICE is on a mission to get people out more by having the best club nights, gigs and cultural events on.
This is where you come in. We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to develop and implement DICE’s B2B Marketing Strategy to drive awareness, adoption and engagement of DICE with our current (Partner Venues selling exclusively on DICE, Promoters, Artists,..) and new partners.
You’ll be in charge of making sure our current and new partners know what our product features are and how to use them so they can make the most of our tools and data.
This will range from developing educational materials to explain partners how to track their audience metrics and event sales for their events featured through “New Show Thursdays”, a weekly personalised event guide for fans; to working with the Product Team and Partner Services Team on new partner features launch plans (Set positioning and develop key messaging to ensure a consistent and compelling product communication, develop go to market strategy, drive development of launch assets, develop measurement framework and track and optimise launch successes), to developing CRM strategy for partners, to spreading the word to new venues and promoters around the globe that they can list all their upcoming events through DICE.
You’ll also be supporting our incredible Business Development Teams (Music and Arts and Culture), leveraging marketing to help them win and activate new deals with iconic venues, festivals, institutions and brands.
DICE is growing fast and there is loads to do. Eventually, this role will be what you make of it and this excites you.
We are looking for a self starter and agile Marketeer with ideally a strong Product Marketing background, willing to stretch into other areas of Marketing.
